VERMONT: A federal judge ruled that Paula Perry can't keep her license plate:

State officials said the plate was vulgar rather than vain.  Perry had asserted the plate says "Something Happens" and cited the 1st amendment.  Oh well Paula...I guess....nah, I won't say it!
